hiiiii i know content has been a bit lackluster lately. i’ve honestly been insanely busy and was in a state of being really really overwhelmed, and as a result of that i was not in a good headspace for a bit. i upped my meds back (i lowered the dose a few months ago), and i’m already feeling so much better!! so hopefully i’ll be able to resume content, ideally posting more and more consistently like i’ve been wanting to for awhile 😄
