Isn't porn something? I'm curious: is there a particular video or pornstar that really stuck with you over the years? Not necessarily the best porn you've ever seen, but something super memorable, or something that was a formative memory for you. I can think of two:

Hey, I just wanted to give y'all an update on the rebill rewards for this month.
I've been super busy with work, and family, and my animals, and I think the rebill rewards video and photoset are going to be a few days late this month. I take deadlines pretty seriously, so I'm not too happy about this, but I also only want to send out content that achieves my standards of quality, and I don't think rushing to get content out just to make a deadline is a good idea.

It's just the tiniest bit nice out, and I'm daydreaming about summer lol. I didn't go to the beach at all last summer, and I need to remedy that this year. Are any of you watching Yellowjackets? I got back into it a few weeks ago to prepare for the new season, and while I don't think it's a perfect show or anything, it has a lot of elements that I quite like. In particular, I love the ensemble cast of wonderful female actors, and the setting of the PNW. I do think they're trying to do way to much with it, but I think the 'Lord of the Flies, but with girls' premise is fun, and I think examining trauma across a lifetime and within a group is quite interesting.

Good morning gang!! how are you on this beautiful Tuesday? As usual, I'm thinking about food lol.
What's the best sandwich? Of all the food questions, this has to be one of the hardest to answer. There are SO MANY good sandwiches, and bread is also an incredible and wonderful thing, so like, how can you name just one? I think my favorite is a banh mi - the bread is so crispy, and the spices and cilantro are just perfect. Second would have to be a thanksgiving leftovers sandwich. My recipe is mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce served open face, on sourdough if possible, but I used to live by a sandwich shop that served a thanksgiving sandwich with hickory sticks on it as well, and it was excellent. Also, if you've never had a Japanese egg salad sandwich, go find one now!! Kewpie mayo is an S tier condiment, and it makes all other may taste depressing.

Isn't it weird that we wear clothes? Like, in the state of nature, it follows that creating something to wear would be pretty important as a means of protecting one's body from the elements, but like, we spend so much time inside, and being naked is considered aberrative and antisocial behavior. Like, you're telling me that we really need to wear business casual clothes to work in an office? I think we'd all have a lot more fun if clothes were an option and not an expectation, even if we were still all mostly clothed most of the time.

Also, I enjoyed several beers last night as I was editing, and I've been meaning to ask: what kind of beer do you like? I'm mostly sober, but not for a particular reason, and I absolutely love a good beer now and then. I prefer local and craft, as with most things, but I'm especially partial to something hoppy. I know IPA has garnered quite the reputation in recent years, but I drink beer for the flavor, and I can't lie, I love IPA. I also love lighter stuff - a good lager or pilsner can be lovely. Really, I just think it's so cool how beer is a reflection of the ingredients available and the needs and wants of the people. I love how food and drink are vehicles for storytelling on a societal scale, and they are some of my favorite aspects of culture.
