Gym fit went kinda hard today, huh? 😎✌🏻 I managed to break a PR (personal record for how much weight you are lifting/reps you’re doing, etc.) on rotary abs (60->70lbs) and I feel amazinggggg~ 🩷 I’m gonna be answering some messages and then filming some platform content for posting!
I’ll be filming more customs this coming Monday! So if you’re still waiting on a custom, it would be super helpful to know if there was anything you wanted to change or add so pleeeeeease message me if that’s the case~ even if you want to keep everything the same, confirming what you want is always helpful for me!
