doing some restorative yoga today to help with pain and soreness. i often notice a decline in my flexibility and i get injured more easily when i haven't moved with intent. same with my mental health: if im not actively accommodating for myself and listening to my body, i can easily fall into the trap of decline. i need to make the time to meet myself where im at and provide myself with what i need in the moment. sometimes that's not always available, but im grateful im most often able to do what i need ♡

just a few selfies when i first cut my hair super duper short! it was such a relief to remove the weight of gender constructs. i worked on deconstructing the idea of gender and how it played a massive role in my life. i love who i am and i love the fluidity i can express within my appearance. im so grateful to be so comfy in my existence.

hellooo! one week post op ♡ im so happy to have this control over my body. really excited to be able to get back into exercising and moving around like i normally do soon c: ive been spending a lot of time out in nature, taking tons of photos with my camera (getting used to the settings and im so excited to make longer, better quality videos for you guys. i have some cool plans in the works!), and ive seen so many beautiful animals and flowers.
